Registration
Participants, who wish to register themselves to ICTSI2018, should send the
following materials to the secretariat of the conference using e-mail.

[*] For student registration, the certificate of full-time student
(under-graduate or graduate) is required to be submitted together with
registration form.
[*] Registration for general participants includes Conference Proceedings
(CD), Conference kit, Coffee Breaks with Snacks (12 & 13 September),
Lunch buffets (12 & 13 September), Reception/Dinner Party (12 September)
and Banquet/Dinner Party (13 September).
Night Party (12 & 13 September, optional) requires the additional discounted charge of 20USD/person/party.

[*]Additonal ticket: Additional tickets of the
social events/parties, such as Reception/Dinner Party (12 September),
Banquet/Dinner Party (13 September) and Night Party (12 & 13 September), are
available on site at the additional discounted charge
of 20USD/person/party. These tickets can be
used for the accompanies persons and/or the guests
of the participants, who wish to join the social events only.
[*] One presentation (oral/poster) needs one registration. Additional
presentation needs addition presentation fee of 50USD/paper.
[*] The registration fee of Post-Conference Seminar (17-18 September 2018) is
400USD/person. Only pre-registered participants can join Post Conference
Seminar.
[*] Authors, who would like to publish the revised paper in a journal, are
encouraged to request the ICTSI2018 secretariat for recommending the revised
manuscript (4-12 pages) to the journal publisher. The reviewing process and
the publication process are done by the publisher of the journal. The
publication fee of the journal is not included in the ICTSI2018 registration
fee. For more information on journal publication, see this page.
[*] For those who need acceptance/invitation letter for
applying the entry visa of Philippines, we can accelerate the review process.
Upon your request, we will review your paper immediately after it is
submitted. Basically, we can issue invitation letters for visa application
only to the authors of accepted papers with registration-fee payment, except
for Keynote lecturers, Invited speakers, members of the committees and
persons introduced by one of committee members.
[*] For those who need acceptance/invitation letter
for co-authors separately, we can issue the acceptance letter for each
co-author separately upon the request by the corresponding author.
[Cancellation Policy]
Some portion of the Registration fee “X” will be refunded with the written request of the payer under the
following conditions.
Amount, which will refunded to the payer , “X” will be calculated using the above equation.
X = R – (R1-R) – F1 – F2
where,
X: Amount, which will refunded to the payer.
R: Registration fee, which was paid by the payer.
R1: Registration fee, which is applied on the date
when the written refund-request is received by us
F1: Handling fee for us, which is fixed to 3000JPY
F2: Money transfer fee, which is actually charged to us by a company, such as
a bank or a credit card company
* Refund is calculated and paid in Japanese Yen (JPY).
* No refund will be made, if the refund-request letter is received by us
after 25 March 2018.
NOTICE: Please be advised that only registration fees can be paid in advance.
All the other fees, such as extra paper fee and Night-party fee, can be paid
only on site.

[*] If paid in Japanese Yen(JPY), the exchange rate
of [1USD = 110JPY] is applied.
[*] If paid in Philippine Peso(PHP), the exchange rate of [1USD=60PHP] is
applied. PHP payment can be done only on site.
