Discounted Registration Rates for Philippines Local Participants
Philippines Local Participants, who wish to register themselves to ICTSI2018, should send the following materials to the secretariat of the conference using e-mail.

   General Local Participants: 50% OFF from the Normal General Rates
   Student Local Participants: 50% OFF from the Normal Student Rates
* This special rate is only applied only to participants, whose institute locates inside Philippines.

 for Philippines local participants (presenters and listeners)
[On-site Normal Rate, Special permission is required.]
   General Local Participants: 200 USD/person
   Student Local Participants: 150 USD/person

[Regular Normal Rate] (by 1 September 2018)
   General Local Participants: 175 USD/person
   Student Local Participants: 125 USD/person

[Early-bird Normal Rate] (by 1 August 2018)
   General Local Participants: 150 USD/person
   Student Local Participants: 100 USD/person


[*] For Student Local Participants, the certificate of full-time student (under-graduate or graduate) is required to be submitted together with registration form.

[*] Registration for General Local Participants includes Conference Proceedings (CD), Conference kit, Coffee Breaks with Snacks (12 & 13 September), Lunch buffets (12 & 13 September)
 and Reception/Dinner Party (12 September) .
Banquet/Dinner Party (13 September) and Night Party (12 & 13 September, optional) requires the additional discounted charge of 20USD/person/party.

[*] Registration for Student Local Participants includes Conference Proceedings (CD), Conference kit, Coffee Breaks with Snacks (12 & 13 September) and Lunch buffets (12 & 13 September).
Reception/Dinner Party (12 September), Banquet/Dinner Party (13 September) and Night Party (12 & 13 September, optional) requires the additional discounted charge of 20USD/person/party.

[*]Additonal ticket: Additional tickets of the social events/parties, such as Reception/Dinner Party (12 September), Banquet/Dinner Party (13 September) and Night Party (12 & 13 September),  are available on site at the additional discounted charge of 20USD/person/party. These tickets can be used for the accompanies persons and/or the guests of the participants, who wish to join the social events only.

[*] The registration fee of Post-Conference Seminar (17-18 September 2018) is 400USD/person. Only pre-registered participants can join Post Conference Seminar. (No discount for Local)

[Cancellation Policy]
Some portion of the Registration fee
X will be refunded with the written request of the payer under the following conditions.
Amount, which will refunded to the payer ,
X will be calculated using the above equation.

where,
X: Amount, which will refunded to the payer.
R: Registration fee, which was paid by the payer.
R1: Registration fee, which is applied on the date when the written refund-request is received by us
F1: Handling fee for us, which is fixed to 3000JPY
F2: Money transfer fee, which is actually charged to us by a company, such as a bank or a credit card company
* Refund is calculated and paid in Japanese Yen (JPY).
* No refund will be made, if the refund-request letter is received by us after 25 March 2018.

NOTICE: Please be advised that only registration fee can be paid in advance. All the other fees, such as extra paper fee and Night-party fee, can be paid only on site.

[*] If paid in Japanese Yen(JPY), the exchange rate of [1USD = 110JPY] is applied.
[*] If paid in Philippine Peso(PHP), the exchange rate of [1USD=60PHP] is applied. PHP payment can be done only on site.
[*] In general,
Credit Card Payment will be less expensive than Bank Transfer Payment.
