  • Dairi EYE program starts but pictures don’t appears in the screen    [Whole series]
For network camera users, please check IP address, username, password, and camera’s name in ConfigCommon.txt. Then, please try to verify IP address of the camera with internet browser whether the camera is accessible or not. For USB camera users, there is possibility that whether the camera is broken or driver for the camera is not installed. Please try to re-install the camera’s driver.
  • Pictures appears in Dairi EYE screen but no pictures saved in the computer   [Whole series]
Please select [Start watching] under [Watch] menu. It will start the surveillance mode. If no picture saved after the surveillance mode start, please adjust threshold value under [Setting] menu.
  • Too many wasteful pictures have been saved or almost no picture been saved.    [Whole series]
Setting of threshold value is not optimum. At end of picture name, differences between the picture and picture before is stated, please change threshold value base on that value.
  • The program completely stopped responding.    [Whole series]

Click [Ctrl], [Alt] and [Delete] simultaneously and [task manager] window will appear.

 Click on [application] tab, and the Dairi Eye will appear as not responding. Click on the Dairi EYE and then click the [terminate program] button. Because Dairi EYE program has been terminated, please restart the program to start surveillance again.
  • "Save filed exceed limit! " indication came out [ Standard ]
When save pictured exceed setting limit, this message will appear, threshold value will become 1.5 times bigger. This error message will disappear until Dairi EYE program exit.
  • " Disk space only (number)MB left " indication came out  [ Standard ]
This error’s message will appear if hardisk capacity become less than 1GB. Please delete unnecessary files to increase hardisk capacity. Surveillance will stop if hardisk capacity become less than 1MB.
  • "Communication error occurrence" indication came out,    [ Standard ]
There is connection disturbance with network camera connection. Please check again connection setting and if the error still appear after an hour, please restart the Dairi EYE program and network camera again.
  • Saved pictured can’t be deleted.      [Whole series]
It seems that is times when picture deletion is possible by the fact that once representation EYE is stopped. Because of sense after restarting the personal computer, please end representation EYE, do picture deletion. Pictures can be delete when Dairi EYE terminated. For precaution please delete pictures after restarting the computer.
