Welcome message from General Co-Chair (Scope of the conference)



It is a great honor for me to invite you to the 1st International Conference on Technological and Social Innovations 2018 (ICTSI2018) held in the beautiful and historical city of Cebu, Philippines.

The 2nd International Conference on Technological and Social Innovations 2018 (ICTSI2018) is organized by NPO e-JIKEI Network Promotion Institute(ENPI)). We invite all professionals, students and general research enthusiasts in the wider field of technology and social science to attend the ICTSI 2018. The aim of the conference is as follows,

[1] Deepen the mutual understanding among the participants in the wider field of technology and social science.
[2] Inspire the participants by the energy of the growing city of Cebu and Philippines.
[3] Encourage the participants to launch international research collaboration projects.
[4] Contribute to solution of the global problems and to realization of the sustainable society.

For [1], the novelty and the originality of the papers are not required so much. Papers, which review the authors' previous great works, are also welcome. Or papers, which are on the research not yet finished but explain interesting idea/concept and/or suggestive perspective, are also welcome.

For a deep discussion in a specific field, "Invited Papers Session" is prepared. It is expected to work as a specialized topical meeting in the whole conference, just like an independent conference in the whole conference ICTSI 2018. Top class researchers can gather and discuss on the specific topic deeply and intensively, while they enjoy the dinners and parties every night together with other participants.

You are very welcome to ICTSI2018 and to the growing and beautiful city of Cebu!

Dear Researchers from around the World,

It is a great pleasure to invite world well known scientists/researchers to participate in the annual International Conference on Technological and Social Innovations 2018 (ICTSI2018) to be held on September 12-14, 2018 at Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. This conference encompasses almost all fields in science, the research results of which are for the betterment of the world we live in.  

I am equally happy that this conference will held in Cebu, the Philippines. Being a Filipino, it is my great pleasure to welcome all of you to Cebu not only to enjoy the beautiful tourist spots, but also to experience the Filipino hospitality, we the Cebuanos are known for.

Congratulatory address from Vice President of Cebu Technological University


My warmest felicitations to the organizers of this year’s ICTSI 2018 for bringing this conference to the beautiful island of Cebu---home of the hospitable and loving people of splendid destination in the east! Welcome all and congratulations also to participating researchers, innovators and inventors in this once-in-a-lifetime forum of intellectuals.

The International Conference of Technological and Social Innovations 2018 is another avenue of upscale technology breakthroughs, prompted by technology revolution which happens every day.

According to the recent McKinsey study, a dozen technologies, including genomics, energy storage, and automation will drive major economic and societal transformations in the next couple of years. The implication of these changes is for us to embrace the tech–driven economy. The academe, most importantly, must play a major role in catalyzing economic growth, as educators are responsible to lay the ground work for students to appropriately act upon the emerging disruptive technologies in the workplace.

This year’s conference of multi-disciplinary researches in technology and social sciences is a convergence of great minds who are ambassadors of social change. At the intersection of these disciplines is the tool of the future---the impetus for a more stellar discovery. Thus, we continue the quest for a better life!

The title of paper can be like "Review of ***********".　Of course, in case of reviewing of any previous works, the source of the reference should be clearly shown in the paper and all the figures and the expressions should be re-written. (No “copy and paste”, of course)
