Registration
Participants, who wish to register themselves to ICTSS2017, should send the
following materials to the secretariat of the conference using e-mail.

Authors/participants belong
to an Invited Papers Session (IPS), please consult with your IPS organizer
about the registration method. That is DIFFERENT from the other
authors/participants.
Registration fees:

General participants: 400USD
Student participants: 200USD
* When you make the payment, inform the details of your payment to the
secretariat of ICMEMIS icmemis@e-jikei.org.
* Only On-site payment with cash (JPY or USD) will be accepted from 24 Nov.
2017.

General participants: 350USD
Student participants: 150USD
[Early-bird rate] (by 10th October 2017)
General participants: 300USD
Student participants: 120USD
[*] If paid in Japanese Yen (YEN), exchange rate
[1USD = 100JPY] is applied.
[*] Registration for general participants includes conference proceedings
(CD), conference kit (name tag, pen and memo), coffee breaks (29th & 30th
Nov.), lunch (29th & 30th Nov.), reception party (29th Nov.) and Banquet
(30th Nov.). Ticket of Night party (29th & 30th Nov., optional) is
50USD/party/person.
[*] Registration for student participants includes conference proceedings
(CD), conference kit (name tag only), coffee breaks (29th & 30th Nov.)
and lunch (29th & 30th Nov.) and reception party (29th Nov.). Tickets of
Banquet (30th Nov., optional) and Night party (29th & 30th Nov., optional
l) are 50USD/day/party/person.
[*] One presentation (oral/poster) needs one registration. Additional
presentation needs additional presentation fee of 50USD/paper.
[*] Authors, who like to publish the revised paper in a journal, request the
ICMEMIS2017 secretariat for recommending the revised conference paper (4-6
pages) to the journal publisher. The reviewing process and the publication
process are done by the publisher of the journal. The publication fee of the
journal is not included in the ICMEMIS2017 registration fee. For more

[*]@For those who need acceptance/invitation
letter for applying the entry visa of Japan, we can accelerate the review
process. Upon your request, we will review your paper immediately after it is
submitted. Basically, we can issue invitation letters for visa application
only to the authors of accepted papers with registration-fee payment, except
for Keynote lecturers, Invited speakers, members of the committees and
persons introduced by one of committee members.
[Cancellation Policy]
Some portion of the Registration fee gXh will be refunded with the written
request of the payer under the following conditions.
Amount, which will refunded to the payer , gXh will
be calculated using the above equation.
X = R – (R1-R) – F1 – F2
where,
X: Amount, which will refunded to the payer.
R: Registration fee, which was paid by the payer.
R1: Registration fee, which is applied on the date when the written
refund-request is received by us
F1: Handling fee for us, which is fixed to 3000JPY
F2: Money transfer fee, which is actually charged to us by a company, such as
a bank or a credit card company
* Refund is calculated in Japanese Yen (JPY).
* No refund will be made, if the refund-request letter is received by us on
or after 28th November 2017.
NOTICE: Please be advised that only registration fee can be paid in advance.
All the other fees, such as extra paper fee and Night-party fee, can be paid
only on site.

The exact amount should be
transferred to the following bank account.
Transfer fee and bank commission fee
should be paid by the applicant.
For example, 2,000JPY/transfer has been
charged in a previous case, which should be charged to the participant/payer
on site. 2 or more registration fees can be transferred at one time to save
the transfer fee and bank commission fee.
In general, gcredit card paymenth is the
cheapest way for the participant/payer.
