Welcome message from General Co-Chair (Scope of the conference)
The 1st International Conference on Mechanical, Electrical and Medical Intelligent System 2017 (ICMEMIS2017) is jointly organized by NPO e-JIKEI Network Promotion Institute (ENPI) and Laboratories Group for Mechatronics Research, Gunma University (LGMR-GU). We invite all professionals, students and general research enthusiasts in the wider field of Mechanical, Electrical and Medical Intelligent System to attend the ICMEMIS 2017. The aim of the conference is as follows,
[1] Deepen the mutual understanding among the participants in the relatively wider field of Mechanical, Electrical and Medical Intelligent System. [2] Inspire the participants by the culture and history of the city of Kiryu and Japan. [3] Encourage the participants to launch international research collaboration projects. [4] Contribute to solution of the global problems and to realization of the sustainable society.
For [1], the novelty and the originality of the papers are not required so much. Papers, which review the authors' previous great works, are also welcome.
For a deep discussion in a specific field, "Invited Papers Session" is prepared. It is expected to work as a specialized topical meeting in the whole conference, just like an independent conference in the whole conference ICMEMIS2017. Top class researchers can gather and discuss on the specific topic deeply and intensively, while they enjoy the dinners and parties every night together with other participants.
You are very welcome to ICMEMIS2017 and to our city of Kiryu!

Dear colleague We welcome you to Japan and our progressive event, the International Conference on Mechanical, Electrical and Medical Intelligent System 2017 (ICMEMIS2017). We expect that you will enjoy discussions about the latest scientific topics and advanced technologies with your fellows during these days. I am looking forward to meeting you at Kiryu city in Japan. At Kiryu city, textile industry has prospered traditionally. On the other hand, in the roadways around our campus of Gunma University in the town of Kiryu, autonomous self-driving cars are tested by the research center in our university to put into practical use in the future. Please, experience our historical and modern city.
