DAY-0: Pre-conference event (28th Nov 2017, Tuesday] 7:00PM – 9:00PM + Welcome dinner (@ Sushi restaurant “BIKINI-KAN”) (invitation only)
DAY-1: Main-body (29th Nov 2017, Wednesday)] 9:30AM – 5:30PM + Opening Ceremony & Registration + Keynote lectures(Abstract Presentations) + Photo session + Lunch(Box lunch with soft drink) + Invited Papers Sessions (Parallel sessions) + Oral sessions(For regular papers, Parallel sessions) + Poster sessions(For regular papers, Parallel sessions) 6:00PM – 8:00PM + Welcome reception (@ conference venue with sushi and beer, free of charge) with live violin & piano duet *All the participants are invited!
